We build and license the infrastructure behind modern mortgage distribution: product sourcing APIs, address and property data, performance intelligence and AI workflow tooling. Our customers are lenders, mortgage clubs, networks and software teams.

Mortgage Magic Limited is a technology and data company. It does not provide mortgage advice, does not arrange regulated mortgage contracts and does not carry on any activity regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Our products are licensed to businesses, not to consumers.

We collect, normalise and version the data ourselves, and we build the workflow tooling that runs on it. The schema is ours end to end.
License
Products are licensed to businesses under written agreements with clear scope. No consumer accounts, no advertising, no resale of raw data.
Support
Every licence comes with a named contact and support that has read your integration. Issues get owners, not ticket numbers.
