What we collect
The contact form collects your name, work email address, company, the product you are interested in and your message. The submission records an IP address for abuse prevention. Browsing the site does not require an account and the site sets no analytics or marketing cookies.
Why and on what basis
We use contact form data to respond to business enquiries and to run the licensing conversation you asked for. The lawful basis is legitimate interests: you wrote to us about a business matter and we reply. Bot protection on the form runs on the same basis.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months from last contact, then deleted. Records connected to a live licence are kept for the life of the agreement plus the period required for legal and accounting purposes.
Sharing
No personal data is sold. Submissions are processed on Cloudflare infrastructure and delivered to our mailbox. We do not share enquiry data with any other organisation except where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for correction or deletion, object to processing, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. Write to admin@mortgagemagic.ai and we will deal with it.
