Mortgage Magic Limited is a technology and data company. It does not provide mortgage advice, does not arrange regulated mortgage contracts and does not carry on any activity regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Our products are licensed to businesses, not to consumers.

Licensing

Access to the APIs, data and tooling is granted under a written licence agreement per customer. The licence sets scope, environments, usage limits, fees and term. Nothing on this site grants access by itself. Sandbox access is for evaluation only.

Intellectual property

The schemas, normalised datasets, software and content of this site belong to Mortgage Magic Limited or its licensors. Licences grant use, not ownership. Underlying lender material remains the property of its publishers.

Acceptable use

Raw data may not be resold or republished. Scraping this site or the APIs outside licensed access, and use that degrades the service for others, are prohibited. The full policy is at /legal/acceptable-use.

Liability

This site and its content are provided as is, for information. Data products are provided under the terms of the applicable licence agreement, which caps each party's liability as set out there. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms and any licence agreements are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
