No resale of raw data
Licensed data is for use within your products and processes as scoped in your agreement. Reselling, sublicensing or republishing raw records or bulk extracts is prohibited.
No scraping
Automated collection from this site or from the APIs outside your licensed access is prohibited. Agents are welcome to read the published machine files; the line is authentication, not curiosity.
No rate abuse
Stay within the limits in your licence. Deliberate circumvention of rate limits, key sharing between organisations, and load patterns designed to degrade the service are prohibited.
Consequences
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of this policy, acting reasonably and, where practical, with notice. Suspected unlawful use is reported to the relevant authorities.
